First Light Optics donation (£335.25)
FLO had a stall at the Kelling Heath Star Party - most of their stand was selling B stock / clearance items which were too good to throw away but, not good enough to sell.
FLO to give these away to people free of charge but encouraged them to make a donation to Scopes4SEN instead of purchasing the items.
Scopes4SEN used the donation very well and installed a solar system signage next to the generic display. Many tourists passes and visit Tissington in Derbyshire. Thank you so so MUCH FLO!

Scopes4SEN has being selected as one of the "Golden Grants" winners. Between 12 noon and 1.00pm on October 15th, shoppers in 97 large Tesco stores across the UK chose local good causes to receive a special £10,000 award.

Wow, wow, wow ... Scopes4SEN received a substantial amount. Scopes4SEN has been offered funding from Strong Foundations Grant 2022 | Civils Division, via ActionFunder.

In preparation of the partial solar eclipse of 25 October, Rainbow Symphony, THE ultimate global manufacturer of solar eclipse glases, donated to Scopes4SEN once more 2000 glasses. Rainbow Symphony has been a long life sponsor of Scopes4SEN. The partial solar eclipse will be visible in Europe, South/West Asia, North/East Africa, Atlantic (27% in Tissington UK). Scopes4SEN donated in just over 6 years and half, nearly 1300 telescopes. The special educational needs schools, hospitals, retreat centres, will be soon contacted and asked if they would like to obtain a set of solar eclipse glasses to watch the partial solar eclipse safely.

In preparation of the partial solar eclipse of 25 October, Rainbow Symphony, THE ultimate global manufacturer of solar eclipse glases, donated to Scopes4SEN once more 2000 glasses. Rainbow Symphony has been a long life sponsor of Scopes4SEN. The partial solar eclipse will be visible in Europe, South/West Asia, North/East Africa, Atlantic (27% in Tissington UK). Scopes4SEN donated in just over 6 years and half, nearly 1300 telescopes. The special educational needs schools, hospitals, retreat centres, will be soon contacted and asked if they would like to obtain a set of solar eclipse glasses to watch the partial solar eclipse safely.
